Everyone needs to work on their looks.  No one is born with a perfect body, it all takes time, even years.  If you played sports in HS or College then you are already step ahead of others.  When it comes to working out, you must start slowly.  You do not want to hurt yourself.  All the workouts are in Microsoft Excel format, just click on it to download.
